Head - Human Capital and Administration

Ms. Boipelo Gaoetswe assumed the role of Head of Human Capital and Administration effective 01 March 2024. Ms Gaoetswe possesses a wealth of experience and expertise crucial to this role, having demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in previous positions within the Corporation since she joined in 2013 as Senior Human Capital Officer. She later transcended to the role of Human Capital Business Partner in 2015 to 2023 and later transitioned to the position of Manager-Human Capital. She previously worked in the mining sector at BCL mine from 2008 where she joined as Graduate intern and promoted to Senior Human Resource Officer from 2011 until 2013. With a proven track record of fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, she will play a pivotal role in driving our human capital initiatives forward. 

In her capacity, Boipelo oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. She works closely with department heads to ensure alignment between human capital strategies and the overall objectives of the Corporation.
