Ms. Boyang Mufahothe is a seasoned Human Capital professional with strong business acumen leveraging 10+ years of experience working across industries in Botswana. She is intimately familiar with best practice in corporate governance and has served in key organisational committees helping to implement strategies geared towards the transformation of business and organisational activities, processes, competencies and models to fully leverage on the opportunities presented by today’s dynamic world of work. 

Through her roles she has proven to be a competent leader and practitioner who demonstrates exceptional people management skills which ensure that all the human resources programs and initiatives create a good employee experience, in alignment with overall business objectives. Having worked in progressive organisations, Boyang is intimately familiar with issues around organisational culture, change management, diversity & inclusion, and the myriad of important issues packed under the Environmental Social and Governance (‘ESG’) themes. This includes environmental sustainability and attainment of broader societal impact goals. 

Ms Boyang holds a Master’s Degree in People Management, Honors Degree in Organisational Psychology and Degree in Labour Law, Organisational Psychology & Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town. She is also a certified Executive & Management coach.

She is a Top 100 Influential HR Leaders in Botswana award recipient and HR Professionals Society Botswana steering committee member.
